『University』

Actually the university I'm going at is rated as one of Australia's top 5 universities right now. The University of New South Wales.

But i hear a lot of people want to go to university a lot. Well actually to tell you the truth...

....i still liked high school. because i get to sleep in class, hehehe.

But basically it's a pretty boring place, unless you start to make the best out of things there. Here's a few tips to survive in an university...

1: Find an cheap way to live. It doesn't need to be that bad or anything, so long as it's ok, you can save a lot of money for future use.

2: Dinners are important. It's ok to skip lunch and breakfast, but dinner is a must. Go to a convenience shop to get cheap packs of noodles!

3: Make lots of friends. To survive longer is to have a healthy social life. I also hear they will become potential business partners...

4: Always question and talk to lecturers! VERY IMPORTANT!! Do that. Maintain good contact with your lecturers.

They know your course well and know how to help you out in assignments. They can be annoying but they're marking your papers.

6: Join a club! Check out the clubs in your university! They have a lot of activites and fun things to do.

It's the most easiest way to make new friends as well. I joined an anime club in my university and am proud to be part of it!

7: Get a job as soon as possible. It may be time consuming but if you need more money, get a job. especially ones which has good pay.

I work in Sydney's Chinatown as a waiter, and though the pay isn't good, it help cover my expensive house rent and expenses...

Working at restaurants are a plus, as you also get free food in return for your services, depending on the boss.

You'll also need someone to check your resume before you apply for one. It's the safest way possible.

8: Use the government's tools for you. The public has a lot to offer you, and you can use them to your needs. Try to use more public transports.

Use a bicycle if you want to cut down on money spent on transportation fees.

And last but not least, enjoy your time in university. It's the very least you can do before you go out there to work in the real world.

It's your chance to learn as much as possible, so gambatte, as what you'll say!

I think that's all I have to say for today. I do wish you the best of luck if you're enrolling into a university near your place.
